About me
Guillaume Ortiou-Campion holds degrees in Law and Political Science, specializing in international cultural exchange strategies. He has more than fifteen years of experience managing international cultural projects and developing audiovisual and film cooperation initiatives. His expertise includes network development, media relations, and partnership strategies across the fields of audiovisual media, journalism, and professional training.
After gaining experience with several film festivals, where he worked on coproduction platforms and industry relations, he joined COPEAM in 2011. As head of the Radio and Cinema Commissions, he led numerous audiovisual cooperation initiatives with radio and television organizations across the Mediterranean until 2024, including editorial coproductions, training programs, professional meetings, audiovisual awards, media campaigns, European projects, and institutional partnerships. He also coordinated the weekly coproductions Kantara and Mediterradio and developed partnerships with film festivals and film schools across the MENA region.
In 2025, he founded the association Matières Premières, which develops artistic, cultural, educational, and research projects focused on audiovisual archives, within a framework of international cooperation.
