About me
Junior Postdoctoral Fellow (CNPq) at National Institute of Science and Technology in Audiovisual Preservation and Restoration (INCT PreRes), under the supervision of Prof. Rafael de Luna Freire. She holds a PhD in Communication and Culture from PPGCOM-UFRJ, with a CNPq sandwich fellowship, during which she conducted research at the Institut National de l’Audiovisuel (INA), France. She also holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in History from PUC-Rio.She worked as a substitute professor in the Department of Cultural Studies and Media (IACS/UFF, 2024–2025). She has experience in archival research and collection organization, having worked at TV Globo (Roberto Marinho Collection, 2014–2019 and at Memória Globo, 2022), and with the archival of theatre productions at O Tablado (2012–2014). She is a researcher in audiovisual content and assistant screenwriter.She is the author of the book Imaginação e memória na telenovela brasileira: uma análise audiovisual de Gabriela, 1975 (Imagination and Memory in Brazilian Telenovelas: An Audiovisual Analysis of Gabriela - 1975), Editor Autografia, 2024. She is a member of PAVIC – Researchers of Audiovisual, Iconography and Content; ABPA – Brazilian Association for Audiovisual Preservation; and ABRA – Brazilian Association of Screenwriters
