About me
Dr. Tshepho Mosweu is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Studies at the University of Botswana, where she teaches archives and records management to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Before joining the University, she spent several years working as an Archivist at the Botswana National Archives and Records Services, an experience that shaped her practical understanding of archival work and continues to inform her teaching and research. She is a Y2 rated researcher with the National Research Foundation of South Africa, a recognition of her growing influence in the field. Dr. Mosweu also serves as Deputy Editor of the Journal of the South African Society of Archivists. Her research spans digital records, electronic records management systems, cloud computing, oral history, liquid communication, and research methods. She is co editor of three books: Cases on Electronic Record Management in the ESARBICA Region, Archival Pedagogies and Libraries in an Era of Constant Change.
