About me
Maria da Conceição Carnevale holds a Master’s in Communication and Information and is a specialist in Archival Planning (UFF) and Knowledge Management (CRIE). With over 20 years of experience, she has worked with prestigious institutions including the National Archives, Infoglobo, and TV Globo. Since 2016, she has served as the Collection and Research Manager at Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC), where she led the consolidation of physical archives and spearheaded the digitization of TV and radio programs. This initiative resulted in the creation of acclaimed programs like Recordar é TV and Memória Nacional. Under her leadership, the EBC collection earned international prestige, receiving UNESCO’s Memory of the World certificates for both the Brazil (2018) and Latin America & Caribbean (2023) editions.
