About me
Storm Patterson is a cultural practitioner specialising in film heritage, audiovisual archives and digital innovation, with over a decade of experience across cultural institutions. She manages London’s Screen Archives at Film London, leading a network of 50+ organisations and driving strategic development focused on inclusive practice, collections access and sustainability. Her work spans community-led archiving, metadata and collections management, and major digital infrastructure and preservation projects. She has previously held curatorial roles at the BFI National Archive, produced immersive exhibitions, and worked across major UK film festivals. Her work is grounded in ethical, access-led approaches, with a focus on creating more inclusive and collaborative environments across archives, exhibition and the screen industries.
