Tim Manders is a sr. information advisor at the Exploration department of the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision. He works on all kinds of metadata related topics varying from analyses and enhancement for optimal access to safeguarding knowledge about the history of Sound & Vision’s changing selection and annotation policies and practices, and the data fractures as a result of those shifts.
